What is Trimbow® NEXThaler® 88/5/9?

Trimbow NEXThaler 88/5/9 comes in an inhaler known as a dry powder inhaler (DPI). This type of inhaler may or may not be familiar to you; the resources section below includes a user guide, which can help you to use your Trimbow NEXThaler 88/5/9 properly.

Trimbow NEXThaler 88/5/9 contains three medicines in one inhaler:

  • beclometasone
  • formoterol
  • glycopyrronium

Beclometasone belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids, which help to reduce the swelling and irritation in the lungs.

Formoterol, a long-acting beta-agonist, and glycopyrronium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist, are medicines that relax the muscles in the airways, helping to open them wider and allowing you to breathe more easily.
